Introduction to Viniyoga Workshop

Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November 9.30am - 4.30pm
at The Happy Cell, 121-123 Davigdor Rd

We will be exploring ways of deepening our yoga practice and focusing on specific postures, as well as looking at the different movements of the spine.
There is also going to be an Introduction to yoga philosophy and breathing exercises.

This workshop is great for anyone whether you are just starting out on your yoga journey or whether you have been practicing for a while and are looking to find out a bit more.
