Group Classes and Private Tuition
The classes are open to all as they are purposely kept small to ensure that modifications can be made as much as possible to suit student’s abilities. There is an emphasis on connecting the breath with movement and working dynamically and statically in the postures. This also makes the practice more accessible to students and allows everyone to work at their own pace.
Students of all abilities are welcome to join the classes. There are also workshops available for advanced students and those interested in deepening their practice, focusing on specific ideas and postures. One to one and personal training can be undertaken, to suit any specific needs or work towards individual goals, (rates for this on request).
